Proliner Unfold 2012

This software is especially designed for glass bending companies. It enables you to flatten 3D measurements into 2D in order to easily prepare the production of your bended glass products. After the measurement the software directly calculates the 2D reflection from the 3D drawing. It reads .DXF. The 2D contour is calculated with consideration of the material characteristics. The software has a built-in control check: this means that the software contains a FEM analysis which determines if the bending will not be done over the elasticity limit.
The next step will be the cutting of the glass in 2D. Hereafter this glass can be bended into the 3D application.
