Proliner® and Esthec®: Measuring for perfect fit

Esthec® and Prodim Proliner® joined hands for a successful cooperation!
Esthec® is a sophisticated composite decking material, with complete freedom in form, colour and pattern. Any unique and distinctive design or desired pattern can be realized. Esthec® is produced as a “made to fit” deck according to a CAD file supplied by the customer. This requires high-precision measurements to be taken before the deck can be ordered.

The Prodim Proliner® is your answer! For over ten years this measuring device is used all over the world in the yacht building. With its accuracy and speed, expensive mistakes can be kept to a minimum. Fast, easy and accurate: position the Proliner on the deck, measure the contours and then copy the files to the USB stick supplied with the unit, which you can send to Esthec® later on the same day. Based on this information, Esthec® makes the moulds initially and then the deck, in exact accordance with your measurements, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
